Unless otherwise coordinated and agreed to, garage will remain locked and not accessible to guests. Garage is used to warehouse supplies and equipment used to operate and maintain this and other area properties. We reserve the right to access the garage from the exterior of the home between the hours of 8am and 8pm. At no time during your stay will we or anyone access the garage through the home. The door between the home and garage includes a deadbolt lock and privacy latch for your comfort and privacy. EV charging outlet access requires prior coordination/approval and may be available for no additional charge when garage access is not included.

No reservations are allowed to have a start date or check-in date more than 15 days out from date of booking WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING WRITTEN permission from host to book the property with a check-in date more than 15 days in advance (or more than 15 days after the soonest available check-in date). Any "invited to book" or "approval" IS INVALID unless also accompanied by a message from host stating "YOU ARE NOW AUTHORIZED TO BOOK WITH A CHECK-IN DATE OF..."
Guest agrees that, unless host provides express written permission via AirBNB messaging to book a stay with a check-in date more than 15 days out, guest authorizes host to contact AirBNB and have AirBNB cancel the booking.
No short term stays less than 30 days authorized at any time due to both city and communities rules and policies. No refunds or modifications of bookings will be allowed that reduces the total reservation to be less than 30 days. Also, any stays less than 60 days must be approved in advance by the host.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum reservation is for 5 weeks. Flexible extensions require that guest pays for each additional week on a weekly basis, so that property is always paid for 5 weeks out.
